Beach Chic
Watermill, NY
This stylish waterfront bungalow serves as an unexpectedly fun & fresh “home-away-from-home.” Situated on the edge of Mecox Bay, it offers many natural elements crafted alongside carefully curated furnishing & art. The home’s open layout allows inhabitants to seamlessly flow from each room right into the outdoors. Its 2014 renovation came complete with an organic garden, children’s playhouse and a dock that juts into an inlet of the Bay. Beach access is located precisely 1/2 mile from the property, giving you the option to enjoy a light bike ride, jog, or stroll.
