Margarita was born in Medellin, Colombia, and moved to the United States in 1996. She lived in Miami until college years, when she transferred schools to finalize her architecture/design studies.
She first started college as an architecture student. Then she transferred to the interior design program at Savannah College of Art & Design. This choice was an attempt to explore her artistic abilities, and to find a way to merge them with the technical background acquired during architecture school. After graduating from Savannah College of Art & Design in 2005, she moved back to Miami where she worked for year at Edward Cox Interiors as a junior designer. In 2006 she returned to Miami-Dade College to expand her knowledge in art and design fields; meanwhile, she worked as an independent contractor for Infinite Audio Systems, Inc. a high profile A/V & intelligent lighting design company.
In 2010 relocated to New York City and since then, has been working for Campion Platt Interiors Inc. Today she is part of the architecture team as a project manager.
Alexandra Chaves was born in Caracas, Venezuela immigrated to the united states in 2002, she started her studies in Architecture in Universidad Santa Maria in Caracas, Venezuela transfer to SCAD in Savannah , GA where she completed her architectural studies obtaining her BFA in Architecture and a Master in Architecture. In 2006 she moved to NYC. Before working for Campion Platt she worked on high-end commercial and residential projects at Salvadeo Associates Architects and Kutnicki Bernstein Architects. She also worked as a Senior Solar Designer at Safari Energy LLC.
Christine Carroll attended St. John’s University in New York City, and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business. Immediately upon completion from college, Christine started working for Donghia Inc., in the accounting department where she fell in love with the design world. When Donghia Inc relocated, Christine was unable to relocate with the company. She then started worked in the accounting department for a computer forensics and electronic discovery technical services firm in New York City. Her love for design is what brought her back to the design world and landed her at Campion A. Platt. Christine has been working at the firm since June of 2007. Besides running the accounting department, she also handles human resources and operations for the firm.
